摘要：目的　观察罗格列酮治疗顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法　顽固性高血压61例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予尼群地平片10mg，每日三次，口服，卡托普利片25mg，每日三次，口服，吲哒帕胺片2.5mg，每日一次，口服，拉贝洛尔片100mg，每日二次，口服，三天后，200mg，每日二次，口服，维持；治疗组在对照组的基础上加服罗格列酮片4mg，每日一次，口服。两组均治疗3个月，每月随访2次。于治疗前后，观察胰岛素抵抗指数（homa-ir）及血压变化情况。结果　两组病人治疗3月后，血压均明显下降（p＜0.05），治疗组较对照组下降更显著（p＜0.01），胰岛素抵抗指数（homa-ir），对照组治疗前后变化差异无显著性（p＞0.05），治疗组治疗后下降较明显（p＜0.05）。结论　罗格列酮可用于顽固性高血压的治疗。

abstract: ive   to observe the clinical efficacy of rosiglitazone in the treatment of patients with resistant hypertension.methods a total of 61 patients with resistant hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.the patienos in control group were treated with 10mg nitrendipine,three times a day;with 25mg captopril,three times a day;with 2.5mg indapamide everyday;with 100mg labetalol for three days,two times a day,added the mountment of labetalol from 100mg to 200mg after three days and keeped it on.the patiens of treatment group were treated with 4mg rosiglitazone everyday on the basis of the contral group.the patients of two groups were both treatmented for three months,were made two follow-up visit in every month.observed the insulin resistance jndex and the changes of the blood pressure before and after the treatment.results after three months of the treatment,blood pressures declined obviously in both groups(p<0.05),and the treatment group's declined more obviously than the control group's (p<0.01),homa-ir of the control group were no difference before and after the treatment(p>0.05),but the treatment group's dropped significantly after the treatment(p<0.05).conclusion rosiglitazone could be used in the treatment of patients with resistant hypertension.
