摘要：双台子河口自然保护区内有巨大的生态价值，同时也具有潜在的经济价值。由于水源的缺乏，湿地的发展存在严重的威胁。寻求一个既有利于湿地保护、又能促进湿地持续发展的对策。合理利用水资源是问题的关键所在。如何充分利用湿地水资源、合理开发利用湿地资源，是解决这一问题的有效途径。

1概况

 

双台子河口自然保护区是1988年经国务院批准建立的国家级自然保护区。双台子河口自然保护区位于辽宁省盘锦市境内的双台子河入海口处，总面积12.8万公顷，南北长60km，东西宽35km。是世界上保存最好、面积最大、植被类型最完整的湿地之一。由芦苇沼泽、滩涂、浅海海域、河流、水库和稻田湿地类型组成。区内有野生动物432种，其中鸟类263种。该保护区的主要保护对像是丹顶鹤、黑嘴鸥等多种珍稀物种和滨海湿地生态系
