摘要：北京三家店拦河闸已运行48 余年, 经检测发现部分混凝土的老化和病害情况比较严重, 需要尽快进行局部补强加固和全面防护处理。三家店拦河闸混凝土防护施工涉及到对混凝土的防碳化处理、裂缝处理、剥蚀面处理等内容, 应用了防碳化柔性涂料、改性化学灌浆、粘贴碳纤维、喷涂聚脲弹性体等新材料、新技术和新工艺, 为今后处理类似工程提供了宝贵的经验。

abst r act the sanjiadian barrage in beijing has been operating for more than 48 years. partial structures are seriously deteriorated because of aging and need to mend and consolidate. this paper introduced the advanced renovating measures against concrete carbonize, crack and surface erosion. those measures include flexibility covering, chemical grout, stick carbon fiber and sproy of polyurea elastomer (spua), which are valuable experience for similar rehabilitation project.

1 工程概述

三家店引水枢纽位于北京市门头沟区, 是永定河引水渠的渠首工程。该引水枢纽工程于1956 年2 月兴建, 1957 年5 月完工。由拦河闸、永定河引水渠进水闸和城龙进水闸3 部分组成。主要功能是拦蓄上游来水, 保证引水枢纽按用水户的需要均匀供水。该工程已运行48 年, 1996 年和2004 年分别对三家店闸混凝土的老化和病害情况进行了全面检测, 检测结果表明工程老化严重, 为了保证工程安全运行, 提高工程的使用寿命, 应尽快对三家店拦河闸混凝土缺陷进行“ 局部补强加固和全面防护相结合” 的加固措施。

2005 年3 月— 6 月, 对三家店拦河闸闸墩、溢流坝面、引水渠进水闸、工作桥表面、交通桥大梁底部及侧面等部位的混凝土缺陷进行了局部补强加固和全面防护处理。
