科倫坡港口城是斯里兰卡与中国“一带一路”重点合作项目。2014年9月，科伦坡港口城项目在中斯领导人共同见证下启动。按照计划，港口城通过填海造地形成269公顷土地，在斯里兰卡首都科伦坡建成一座集金融、旅游、物流和信息技术于一体的全新中央商务区。

the port city colombo is a key belt and road cooperation project between sri lanka and china. in september 2014， the project was started with the witness of chinese and sri lankan state leaders. it is planned that the port city will reclaim 269 hectares of land from sea to build a new cbd that integrates finance， tourism， logistics， and it in sri lanka’s capital colombo.
