［摘 要］南水北调中线一期穿黄工程开工之后，地方对北岸Ⅲ标原设计土料场存在异议，按业主要求对该料场进行变更设计。通过对主体工程量及土方平衡的复核计算，对新选定的土料场进行开采规划，并对Ⅲ标土方工程重新进行投资比较，为工程实施及投资控制提供了依据。

1 前言

 

南水北调中线穿黄工程开工后，北岸土料场在实施征地过程中，地方上对原设计的陈家沟料场提出了不同意见，要求调整原设计选定的土料场。据此，业主、地方政府及上级主管部门会同设计单位对土料场进行了调整，确定的新土料场位于南张羌村南，卫沟村以北，北朱线以东，分布在干渠西侧，共3块，总征地面积1 356.24亩。
