abstract: the removal effects of turbidity and cod from raw water of the haihe river in low temperature by using polyaluminum chloride (pac), poly-ferric sulfate (pfs)and cationic poly-acrylamide (pam) are studied . the results indicate that pfs can efficiently remove turbidity and cod from raw water and the best pfs dosage is 20 mg / l; when coagulant aid pam is used, the sedimentation performance of flocl is improved, but there is no obvious improvement for removal of turbidity and cod.

海河水是天津市工业用水的主要来源,该水源在冬春季节为低温低浊水. 低温条件时,由于水粘度变大,水中杂质热运动减慢影响絮凝体的成长,使得传统混凝剂的混凝除浊效能明显低于常温时[1~5],因此有必要筛选适合于处理低温海河水的混凝剂. 本文针对天津海河水质特点,通过试验探讨在低温条件下对海河水浊度和codmn 去除性能较好的混凝剂及其投加条件.
