abstract: with the application of rounit,contamination appears in different forms due to different preconditionsand different water sources. the problems of the cleaning of membrane isfollowing with the contamination. but the cleaning on-line become not enoughwhen the contamination is serious, the only choice is the cleaningoff-line. this paper introduces the reasons and characteristics of seriouscontaminated ro membrane,the selection of pre ion of the cleaningmembrane,emphases on operation and concrete examples in order to consult withprofessionals.

反渗透系统因其先进的技术及经济特性,已形成国内各行业庞大的用户群,据不完全统计,目前国内反渗透水处理用户已超过数千家。

 

反渗透膜元件作为深层的过滤手段,其表面不可避免的会残留有胶体、微生物、杂质颗粒及难溶盐类在其表面的析出,因此,在多种领域使用的反渗透装置,一旦投入使用,最终都需要清洗,只是清洗周期的长短不同而已。然而,在线清洗作为一种反渗透系统清洗保养、冲击性杀菌以及定期保护的手段,在面临反渗透膜元件重度污染时就显得无能为力,这个时候就需要对反渗透膜元件进行离线清洗。

 

1 反渗透膜元件重度污染的原因、特征

 

虽然反渗透系统的设计中都会有一定程度的富裕量,以保证在紧急时刻不至于因为反渗透系统的产水量或脱盐率下降、反渗透系统压差升高而使得供水不足而对安全生产造成威胁,但实际上也正是由于这些富裕量的存在才使得有时候隐藏的故障不能够及时的表现出来,这样最终可能就演变为反渗透膜元件的重度污染。
