1 前 言

 

独山子热电厂有三台发电机组，分别为25mw、25mw、50mw，合计发电量为100mw。有三台双曲线自然通风式冷却塔，总循环水量为10 300m3/h,保有水量为11 000 m3。自投产以来，一直未做处理，同时与鱼池相连，存在着较为严重的腐蚀问题和生物粘泥问题，每年因腐蚀问题造成凝汽器铜管泄漏达200根，由于生物粘泥，每个季度都需要胶球清洗，有时需要高压水冲击，造成检修费用大大增加。因为冷却不下来，各用水部门在天热时加生水冷却，造成用水量增加。针对这些问题，我们做了全面调研，采取切断鱼池
