1．0 前言

 

为保证公司合成氨及尿素两套循环冷却水系统年度大修开车后的长周期稳定运行，常州精科霞峰精细化工有限公司对该两套系统进行了清洗预膜工作。合成氨系统循环水量2500t/h，保有水量1000-1300t，主要供合成氨及复合肥生产冷却用水，用水设备以碳钢为主。尿素系统循环水量1500t/h，保有水量750t左右，主要供尿素生产冷却用水，用水设备以不锈钢为主。
