摘　要: 本文在实践成功经验的基础上，总结阐述了如何选择和应用胶粘剂处理水电站高压油气系统中的漏油漏气问题。

一、电站概况

 

冯家山二级水电站装机容量1×2000kw，水轮机采用hl220-wj-84型，设计水头46.6m，调速器配套为yt-1000型。yt-1000型调速器油压装置额定工作压力为1.8～2.5mpa，油压装置压力油罐总容积180l，其中正常油容积（到油标油面线）为63l。正常运行时该站调速器工作状态设定为自动液动状态，压力油罐自动补气，调速器工作油压整定在1.85～2.3mpa之间，压力油罐中油气比例为三分之一透平油，三分之二的压缩空气。调速器油泵每小时工作3～4次，进行自动补气打油,维持调速器油压装置工作压力在额定压力范围内及压力油罐中油气比。
