摘要：对一个实际清淤中磨损失效的泥浆泵轮叶片表面进行宏观观察，并利用扫描电镜作了微观形貌分析。研究了过流条件与泵轮叶片表面冲蚀磨损的关系。分析了材料的微观组织结构对材料表面的冲蚀磨损形貌、磨损机理的影响作用。对清淤设备的研究、设计和抗磨材料的研究、选用有重要的参考意义。
