一、咸宁市乡镇水利站现状

 

咸宁市所辖6个县（市、区），现有68个乡镇办，改革前设有58个水利站，共有职工308人，其中正式工211人，临时工59人，退休职工38人。乡镇水利站的设置，主要有三种情况：一是按乡镇设置，由县市水利部门主管；二是按小流域设置，由县市水利部门主管；三是按乡镇设置，由乡镇政府主管。目前乡镇水利站面临的困难和问题是：
