abst r act current water environment in wenyu river watersheds has been limiting the harmony development in economy, society and environment of the local tributary area and the beijing municipality. with the goal of restoring watershed river body functionalities and through water quality analysis of the current river conditions as well as evaluation of pollution source distribution, this study proposed a scheme for total pollutant mass control in the watershed, and developed the following main strategies for the wenyu river water environment improvement: pollution source control, sewage treatment infrastructure construction, river ecological restoration, environment monitoring and relevant ensuring measures. this study provided technical reference for water environment improvement in other watersheds in the north of china.

发达国家对于河流的保护与修复行动在经历了“先污染、后治理”的弯路之后, 已逐步从河流的水质恢复、河流生态系统修复, 上升至流域尺度的整体生态修复和水资源可持续利用管理上[1] 。典型的实例主要有英国的泰晤士河水环境治理[2]、日本琵琶湖治理[3]、莱茵河2000 年行动计划[4]和欧盟水框架指南(wfd) 。我国水环境治理工作起步较晚, 目前仍处于河流水质恢复阶段, 虽然在“三河三湖”和滇池等重点区域投入较多, 但治理效果不太显著, 河流及流域水污染控制技术、经济政策和管理体制仍有待进一步研究。
