【摘要】 目的本研究的目的是了解大鼠肝脏和骨骼肌dna降解与死亡时间的关系。 方法实验
选择21只大鼠，分为7组，每组3只，一组即时处死作为对照，余六组处死后，分别于死后2、4、8、12、24、36小
时分别取肝脏、骨骼肌各一块，福尔马林固定，切片，feulgen染色法染色，自动图像分析仪测量，统计学处理数
据。 结果dna降解的幅度在不同时间存在不一致的现象。 结论肝细胞dna的降解与死亡时间在统
计学上存在回归拟合关系。

【abstract】 ive to explore the rdationship between tsd and the dna degradation of the liver and

死亡时间推断是法医学上的重要课题，长期以照
来，法医学工作者在实验室和实际工作中做了大量
的探索、研究工作，一直没有重大突破，至今仍然使
用传统的推测死亡时间的方法。而这些方法由于
多方面的原因，存在比较大的误差，使得判断结果
有很大的偶然性。近年来人们开始研究采用feul—
gen染色人体组织内细胞的核dna并进行图像分
析，根据dna降解的程度判断死亡的时间，但是国
内这方面的研究报告较少。本文将作这方面的尝
试。
材料和方法

取健康成年大鼠21只，雌雄不限，随机分为7
组，每组3只，6组分别于
